Common Questions

Do I need to be an athlete to train with ASP?
Absolutely not. While many of our clients are competitive athletes, we work with anyone who wants to improve their physical performance — whether that's running your first 5K, getting stronger for daily life, or just wanting to move better. The methodology is the same; the goals are yours.
How long before I see results?
Most athletes notice measurable improvements within 4-6 weeks. Strength gains come first, followed by speed and endurance adaptations. We benchmark your starting point so progress is objective, not just how you feel.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No. All our plans are ongoing with no minimum term. We believe in earning your commitment through results, not locking you into a contract. Cancel or adjust at any time.
What's the difference between in-person and online coaching?
In-person coaching includes hands-on technique correction, real-time load adjustments, and the accountability of training with your coach. Online coaching delivers the same programming quality and check-in structure, but you execute independently. Both get results — it comes down to your preference and schedule.
Where are sessions held?
In-person sessions are held at facilities in Doncaster and Balwyn, Melbourne. We have access to fully equipped training spaces with everything needed for strength, speed, and conditioning work.
