What We Offer

Our Programs

Every program we offer is built from the ground up around one question: what does this athlete need to perform at their best?

Athletic Performance

This is where most of our athletes begin. Whether you're a junior footballer looking to earn a draft spot, a weekend warrior chasing a personal best, or a semi-professional pushing for the next contract — your program starts with a detailed assessment and ends with measurable improvement.

We use periodised training structures that cycle through phases of accumulation, intensification, and realisation. You won't just feel fitter — you'll test faster, jump higher, and recover quicker. Every session has a purpose. Every week builds on the last.

Running Coaching

Running is deceptively complex. Most runners plateau because they train hard but not smart. Matt's running programs bring the same evidence-based periodisation used with elite endurance athletes to every level of runner.

From your first 5K to your fifth marathon, we build plans that respect the science of progressive overload, recovery windows, and race-specific preparation. Technique analysis identifies efficiency gains that translate directly to faster times and fewer injuries. As a 5× Ironman finisher, Matt has lived this work — not just studied it.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength is the foundation every athletic quality is built on. You can't be fast without force production. You can't be agile without deceleration strength. You can't stay healthy without structural resilience.

Our S&C programs follow a progressive overload model with clear phases — hypertrophy, strength, power, and maintenance. Every exercise is selected for a reason. Every load is prescribed with intent. Whether you're an athlete adding power to your game or a weekend warrior wanting to move better and hurt less, this is where it starts.

Speed & Agility

Speed wins games. Whether it's a 40-metre sprint to beat a defender, a first step off the mark, or the ability to change direction without losing momentum — the fastest athlete on the field has the advantage.

We break speed down into its components: acceleration mechanics, top-end velocity, deceleration patterns, and reactive agility. Each gets trained specifically. Each gets measured. You'll learn to produce more force into the ground in less time — and that's what makes you fast.
